Dear Zoey,

Today is your 3rd Birthday… Happy Birthday to you my lil girl….

Mommy still remembered when you’re just a little baby… in the incubator so helpless and now you have grown into lil girl … you learnt alot during the last 12 months. Mommy still remembered when you are unable to expressed yourself with words but you;re still able to express what you want through body language, Till now, mommy knew and understand you from your body language. For the past 12 months you learnt more and more vocalised and sometimes mommy are very surprised when you use the words that mommy does not knew when you learnt from and you knew how the use the word at the correct time. Mommy really salute this,,,

Many people told mommy that you are pretty and to mommy, indeed you are really pretty no matter how you look. Mommy alway love you and tried to gave what mommy are afford to give.

At 36th month, you knew how to demand for toys… mommy remembered everything you asked mommy to buy but sometimes mommy not able to give you what but mommy tried to substitute it with something that you can use and played with…

Mommy is very happy when you accepted your mei mei into your life. mommy can see how adores you are toward your lil sister… Mommy knew mei mei always disturb you and mommy also tried to balance my time for you and your mei mei and mommy have tried the very best not to spoiled both of you… you understand mommy very well. you knew when mommy is angry and will do what mommy asked you to do… mommy thank you on this…

Mommy tried to bring you up in an environment where you can expresses yourself freely. mommy hope mommy have done what a mommy need to do,,,

Last but not least… happy birthday to you my lil girl… hope you like mommy’s present to you….

… one more month my lil pooh bear will reached a year old. How time flies… I have been lacked in updating my girls development.. So busy with work and to entertain both of them. I realised I will be missing their development if I don’t spent some time with them.

At 11 month, what my pooh bear know… Let see…

• She very energetic… never knew the words of tired. Can jump and jump not stop without realising the person who carry her is tired.
• She have 4 teeth now… 2 up and 2 down. like to bite people if you does not give in..
• She called  “jie jie ” , ‘dad dad’ or sometime she said :daddiiiiiii but normally daddy brushed off saying pooh bear is calling her jie jie. She also knew ” nien nien” when she want to drink milk.
• She know how to move from sleeping position into sitting position. very pro on this.
• love porridge very much. never missed a meal on this. Sometimes eat more than jie jie
• love fruit unlike jie jie. Apple, honey dew and some other fruit
• love to take away jie jie thing and cried when jie jie took her thing, loves to pull jie jie hair and scratch jie jie if she angry with jie jie.
• Loves to eat what we eat. Loves to have food in her hand and will sit down quietly and enjoyed her food.
• she drank water and milk on her own now. Evern during night feed. Good news to daddy and mommy.

There are alot more that pooh bear knew at this stage…

After our genting trip in the morning, we rushed to Federal Hotel for buffet dinner with my parents and sisters also my newly BIL for father’s day celebration. to our surprise, my sister brought a cake for Zoey as her 3rd birthday celebration. The last time we went for a buffet was along time ago and that time, Zoey was still very small. Now, she knew how to demand for her favourite food … strawberry ice cream. there was a small ceremony of candle blowing and cake cutting for Zoey.

Finally we brought the kids to the long oustanding trip… Genting Highland. It was the first trip for Chloe and 2nd for Zoey. The first trip we went up to genting was on the christmas day of 2006 which is also the day I was confirmed pregnant with Chloe. Since then, with my condition inpregnancy then later, Chloe was still very small, Hubby reluctant to take us up until last week when my BIL asked us whether to join themwith my MIL on 14/6/2008 for a trip. At first we already decided to bring Zoey up the hill for her 3rd birthday but since joining BIL, she can have her cousin to played with then we agreed to join them..

We went up first and we arrange to meet there, at first Zoey was only want to play with merry go round and reluctant to play other games but since the arrival of her cousin, she joined them. We noticed at first she need a play mate then later, when she feel “secure” she will agreed to go on the ride on her own. We are there almost 500pm as we are rushing for my father ” Father’s day” celebration…..

Mhmm… mommy forgot to update my35th  month development again. Yipee… another 1 more month 1′m 3 years old. Now I’m big big girl now and mommy cannot called me girl girl or bb now. What do I know this month… let’s see…

• I can pronounce my name now ” Gan Zoey “. I also know how to pronounce Mei Mei name – Gan Chloe
• I knew alot of malay word now. I used the malay use in my day to day conversation with mommy, popo, gong gong and daddy. I learn my words from kakak. words like, “gigi, makan, mana, satu, lagi, etc ( mommy: I forgot the malay word that Zoey know how to said as it is too many. I lost track now)
• I knew how to requesst to go to carrefour, dinosour… wear stoking ( at last mommy and daddy took me there after so many month of pestering).
• I can recognise the road now. I will cried if mommy and daddy promised me to take me go shopping but going back home as I can recognise the road to carrefour, jusco, ( mommy : she is good at this. my genes i think. surely not daddy. daddy crack on recognise road)
• When I angry I will sing this song – ” oh, oh, oh, I’m very(very) mad” I learnt this from Barney.
• I took porridge now . I took it as my main meal and also request for bread and biscuit from mommy and popo. I like butter very much. I like to lick all the butter from the bread and mei mei will eat the bread for me.
• I also like Vitagen and Yakult but mommy said she only give vitagen to me on saturday and sunday.
• I’m still like to played with block (lego) and daddy brought me a set of 500 piece for me to played. I like to build tall tall building and tell mommy that mommy’s house is up up high.
• I never beat mei mei back eventhough she alway pull my hair. I will scream for help from mommy and popo. Mommy usually will take away mei mei hand from my hair and scolded mei mei. sometimes mei mei cried and sometimes no. I;m not sure why mei mei like to disturbed me. she always cried as she want my toy eventhough her toy and my toy are the same. mommy always said no to mei mei if she want my things.

We took the opportunity to bring both the girls to Plaza Damas to have some fun at the Kid Zones. Zoey have been pestering us to bring her to the “Dinosour…. wear stocking” as she put it. The place was something like Kidzsport in IU but this was a little bit smaller version that Kidzsport. I like this place very much as we can see them very easily from the place where most parent wait to let their baby played. Zoey enjoyed very much there. As for Chloe, she too, very happy. I put her on the floor and she will moved into crwaling position and was very happy, laughing when the soft ball falling from an engine above us. Zoey loves it very much when she push the button and the soft ball start to fall down.

Both myself and hubby decided to took leave on 23/05/2008 as my sister is getting married on 25/5/2008. As we have the day off and co-incident that day was Isetan member sale, we decided to go to Isetan with 3 of my sister. I brought alot of cloth for myself – I blouse and I skirt for working, I short and blouse for casual wear. I also brought 2 pants and 2 shirt for my father and for hubby, I only managed to grab 1 shirt and 1 t-shirt for him. As for the girls, I managed to get 2 pants and 2 shirt from poney for them. Since we are there from morning, yiyi decided to have DOME for lunch. I ordered fish and chips for myself and hubby (hubby need to be in the office for awhile) and kiddy set for Zoey.

As it was a long weekend during the Wesak day celebration, both myself and hubby decided to take both the girls to KLCC parks. For Zoey, it was a memorable day for her as she was so happy when she saw all the “big big slide” (she claimed). She ran here and there and poor daddy have to keep up himself to take care of her. As for Chloe, this was the first time she sat on a swing. She was laughing away when we push the swing. She is kicking and smiling when the swing is moving. We are happy that both the girls enjoyed this trip….

I’ve decided to frame this two crossstitch together with my wedding photo which I’m doing now. It will be the last photo crossstitching for me as I have planned to do more picture crosstitch instead of photo crossstitch….
