It was a long weekend for me. After my singapore trip last Thurs and Friday, immediately on Saturday, Hubby and me decided to bring Zoey back to Sban to visit Mah Mah and ah Gong. To our surprise, Zoey did not cried when we step into the house and was a bit playful although most of the time, she cling to me and Ima ( our maid ).

She went to bed around 930pm and we noticed that she was having slight fever. We did not gave her any medication but around 130am in the morning, she was having quite high fever ( from our hand test. I did not bring my thermometer back home. ) We gave her the fever medicine, Throughout the night, I dare not sleep which leave me very tired and dizzy in the morning.

We decided to back to KL instead of Tuesday as I need to go back to my office for 2 conference call and also Zoey was restless during the trip.As I still feeling very dizzy and tired, Grandma took over the job to take care of zoey. Zoey was very naughty and refuse to sleep that night. Sleep around 1130pm on sunday. No Fever.

On Monday, Hubby sent me to office for my conference call. Attended one conf call and decided to miss the other one. Gong Gong decided to bring Zoey to go to Berjaya time Square for an outing.we went to Borders. Zoey was so excited when she saw all the book in the shelf and decided to crawl around the children department.

Coming this Saturday, We will be going to Bukit Tinggi for a annual outing. Not sure whether this is plan or co-incidence, We went up to Bkt tinggi last year around the same time when Zoey was 5 month old and now we are going up the hill with Zoey who will be 16th month… How fast time flies! Hopefully, I will have a wonderful trip this year but… hubby is not joining us for this trip!

As tomorrow I;m taking the earliest flight out to Spore, I’m going to leave lil Zoey with Grandma tonight and tomorrow night which means that I not going to sleep lil zoey for 2 nights ;(

How I miss her!!!!!!

Last Saturday, we took lil Zoey for her MMR jab @ DSH. We reached there around 810am for our turn. We are no.2 that morning. Since we are so early we went to the cafetaria for our breakfast. I played the Barney cd on the portable cd with LCD screen so that she will not disturb us. She sit through the breakfast without any fussing and while enjoying Barney, we gave some fried noodle. She ate quite alot.

Around 930am, it’s our turn to see her paed. Once we entered the room, lil Zoey started to cried. Doc measured her length, and weight. Once doc getting ready to do the jab, Lil Zoey cried even louder. Hubby have no choice but to carry her out of the room after the jab.

I’m going to Singapore for 2 days starting tomorrow and will be back to KL on Friday. I’m going the miss lil Zoey very much. Nowadays, Zoey seem to know that when she drank milk around 800pm onwards she will fall asleep, she seem to reject milk at this hours. She will cried cried as she’s sleepy and hungry.

Yesterday, I’m late back to mu mom’s place and I’m asking my mom to look after her as I’m having company dinner. I even told my mom that if Zoey wants to sleep, let her sleep. Around 920pm, I received a phone call from my sis that Zoey refuse to sleep and I can even heard her screaming at the background. I was so scared as I knew Zoey was crying very loud and I scared that she is not feeling well.After hearing her crying and after I putting down my phone,my tear rolling down my cheek.

After 10 minutes later, I tried to call back home. This time the background is quiet. Then I realised that Zoey have stop crying and Mom told me that she already asleep. What a relieved. Zoey stayed with grandma and grandpa yesterday.

This was the second wedding that Zoey attended. She was okay throughout the whole ceremony except she was a bit cracky as she want take nap in the morning.

At night we went to Tai Thong Imperial Court, Cheras for the wedding dinner. It was a big dinner with 64 tables. Zoey was very cracky throughout the dinner as she want to sleep. It was actually after her bedtime. I did’nt enjoyed much the dinner as I was carrying Zoey most of the time as she refused to sit in her high chair nor the stroller. Around the last 2 dishes, finally she asleep. She did not woke up when she reach home that night.

Update on Zoey

Zoey have progress to another stage in her life. She now able to stand unsupport. She can even squat and then move into standing position. I was so scared shen she first done it.I was very proud of her when as she able to stand on her own.

Nowadays, she know how to request thing from us. She can’t speak many words but form her action we would know what she want.I somehow feel amazed on how a toddler know how to express their feeling.

Whenever she cried, she will fall backwards. There was this incident when she bang her head onto my nose as she was crying very loudly as I know it was very painful as I could her the pain in the nose.
